Mine rehabilitations
Mining rehabilitation is a vital way to make sure that land is prepared for natural revegetation after both recent or historic mining and exploration projects. We use purpose-built soil scarifiers to restore disturbed ground to a natural state, after which vegetation is returned to the site to create seed traps to assist with erosion prevention. Successfully rehabilitated areas have demonstrated excellent environmental regeneration without the need for further seeding or intervention.
Our scarifying works for site rehabilitations avoids deep ripping to grounds, which greatly benefits sites by breaking up compaction without disturbing soil layers, maintaining soil structures to reduce erosion, and quickly returning the ground to its former natural condition.
